The total length of the spray head, measured from the top of the thread to the bottom of the spray head is approximately 3 1/2 inches. The outer diameter of the threads is roughly 3/4 of an inch. The A568055NNP-51 comes complete with the selector switch, and the aerator. This sprayer offers 2 different spray functions. One being the wide spray, and the other being the center spray.
